Basically, the Christmas/New Year Holiday Season begins the Friday before Christmas and lasts through the Sunday after New Year's Day. A one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $85.00, per unit, per stay, is required. The State of Washington imposes a 11.3% transient occupancy tax on all daily rentals and a reservation contract will be mailed within three days of making reservation. To reserve your date, a deposit equal to one night's fee, plus tax, and a completed rental reservation agreement with credit card is required. No reservation is considered confirmed until this is done. Balance shall be due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled for any reason, this deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future stay within 12 months of that date. Owner/manager reserves the right to collect a $500 (per unit) refundable damage deposit for larger parties and parties with dog guests. CANCELLATION POLICY: 14 days for full refund (except deposit). Refunds cannot be granted for weather conditions. *All rates are subject to change and cannot necessarily be deemed accurate until verified by owner. Owner/manager reserves the right to collect a $500 fully refundable damage deposit for larger parties or those with doggie guests. The deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory detailed inspection after exiting premises. Additional charges can be applied to your credit card should cleaning and damage exceed any refundable deposits paid. No smoking inside or near open windows or doors.
