Sea Mist House and Coastal Breeze Cottage are situated high on the bluff overlooking Sunset Beach in Moclips. The colorful sky scape is never the same as you take in the dramatic ocean views from just about any room.

Our "Coastal Breeze Cottage" (the south unit) is perfect for the ladies get away or celebrating grandma's 80th birthday. This cheerful beach themed home sleeps up to 4 guests and allows up to 2 dogs with owners approval. The third bedroom up the spiral staircase has a daybed, perfect for a nap or a reading spot. Those who stay here, enjoy a light and bright home with some modern beachy whimsy and original art work decorating the walls. The owners share their fondness of Moclips historic past with framed photographs of what it was like at the turn of the century.

SeaMist House is the twin home next door and the owners occupy part-time year round.

The twin homes are situated in a unique area off Highway 109, just two blocks North of Ocean Crest Restaurant - one of the longstanding resort restaurants recently refurbished. Unique to our homes compared to other beach homes is that we designed for one level living along with a focus on universal design which includes a wide front door, ramp entry to porch, lever door handles, lower light switches, wheel chair accessible shower and support bars in shower. This townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor and one bonus room up the spiral staircase. The upstairs reading room affords one of the best panoramic views along the Washington coast. The bathroom off the master features double sinks, corner jacuzzi spa tub, glass block windows, and skylights allowing natural lighting for a garden feel. Rest, relax and enjoy by candlelight in the evening. The main bathroom off the hallway has a wide doorway and features a walk-in, universal shower easily wheelchair accessible. Our home is fully furnished with all cooking and baking items you could possibly need and place settings for up to four.
